He was an avid sports fan, supporting his favorite teams, the Cubs and the Colts, with unwavering loyalty. Additionally, he had a love for watching wrestling, especially during his later years of life.

He is survived by his son Thomas/Yvonne, Grandchildren Joseph/Allie Basil, Lindsay /James Tuttle, Megan/Gavin Stanzione ,Brother Bland/Ann Basil , Cherished Cousin Lilly Ann Riley ,several nieces and nephews.He was proceeded on death by his Parents and ex wife Barbara
