Rodney Maye

Rodney Maye, born on August 20, 1967, passed away on September 23, 2026.

Rodney will be remembered for the things that brought him the greatest joy and meaning in life. He especially loved studying Jehovah’s Word and sharing the good news with others, a devotion that was central to who he was. Those who knew him also knew him for his barbecue, which became one of the memorable ways he brought people together and expressed his warmth. His happy place was the Kingdom Hall, where his faith and fellowship were deeply cherished. He also found great happiness spending time at the dog park with his beloved dog, Maximus.

Rodney’s life was marked by faith, fellowship, and simple joys shared with others. Whether through his spiritual dedication, his generosity around food, or the companionship he enjoyed with Maximus, he leaves behind memories that will remain dear to those who knew and loved him.

He will be remembered with affection and gratitude, and his presence will be deeply missed.
