Gerald Rzewnicki, born on June 23, 1954, passed away on May 1, 2026.
Beloved father of Rich (Joanna) and Matt (Theresa), and proud grandfather of Madison and Dylan, who brought him great joy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ann and Gerald Rzewnicki, and his brother Dean. Survived by siblings Wayne (Lisa), Steve (Tracy), Gail Matlak, Cathy Rzewnicki, Dean’s wife Karen, many loving nieces and nephews, and his beloved dog, Chopper.
He enjoyed reading, spending time with his best friend Bert, watching classic films, and visiting family in Chicago and Tennessee.
Gerald will be remembered for his steady presence, humor, and the time he shared with family and friends.
