Ernestine Delores Williams

Ernestine Williams, born on August 29, 1945, passed away on July 2, 2026.

Ernestine was a woman with a zest for life, always known for being on the go. She found joy in the simple yet meaningful pleasures of life. Cooking was one of her favorite pastimes, and her kitchen was often filled with delightful aromas and cherished company. She had a natural gift for preparing meals, and her love for shopping was matched only by her unmistakable sense of style. When it was time to relax, Ernestine enjoyed getting lost in crossword puzzles and immersing herself in lighthearted movies, sharing laughter and comfort with anyone nearby.

Helping people and spending time with her grand children, great grand kids and all of her family and friends truly made up her happy place. Ernestine’s compassion and generous heart were evident to all who knew her. Whether lending a helping hand or taking in anyone who needed a home, her presence left a positive mark on her community and the lives she touched.

Memorial services for Ernestine will be held on July 17, 2026 at 11:00 am at Christ Fellowship Church 1313 W Taylor Street Bloomington, IL 61705.
