Elizabeth deeply cherished spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, finding joy and fulfillment in the moments shared with them. She had a profound love for nature, often taking leisurely walks in the park, where she found peace and inspiration. Many fondly remember her homemade sauce and meatballs, a testament to her nurturing nature and her dedication to family traditions.
Widowed but never alone, Elizabeth carried the legacy of her love and faith forward through her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, whom she guided with tenderness and wisdom.

Elizabeth is survived by her children, Kim (Gary) Mundt, Ken (Lori) Bertrand, Greg (Darci) Bertrand, Deric (Cathy) Bertrand, Annmarie (Scott) Martens, and Michele (Jeff Hoese) Lintner, 16 grandchildren and 17 great-children. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Arthur Jack Bertrand.
